Setting up a tent has never been easier: the Timola 6 Air Protect with Skandika Air Rise technology is simply inflated! One person can set up the entire sleeping area in less than ten minutes. This makes the Timola a relaxed companion for outdoor fans, whether they are travelling alone, with the family or with good friends.

The Air Rise principle is so simple that even children can get stuck in: Unpack, unplug, inflate, pull in - let the holiday begin! We supply an air pump that is attached to the valves of the air channels and tightened to inflate. When inflated, the Timola erects itself and as soon as it is upright, guy ropes are anchored to the ground with pegs - just like conventional models. Deflation is just as easy: simply open the valves and the air can escape at the touch of a button.

But it's not just the Skandika Air Rise technology that makes the Timola a crowd favourite. The stylish tent is also very spacious and scores with many clever design features that are not only extremely practical, but also contribute to a high level of comfort. The weatherproof tent material with a water column of 5000 mm and the four air channels give the tent a strong yet flexible stability: it defies even the most unpleasant weather conditions without any problems. Protection from draughts, rising damp and insects is provided by the firmly sewn-in, trough-shaped groundsheet, which can be conveniently folded down flat in the front entrance area.

The large living area of the tent with a standing height of 210 cm is flooded with light thanks to the side foil windows and two side entrances with double doors, making it not only a storage space for camping furniture and luggage, but also a pleasant place to spend time together and enjoy meals.

The large front wall extends across the entire width of the tent and is a real highlight with its many possible variations. It consists of 2 layers. Both layers are equipped with a zip along their entire upper edge. This makes it possible to open the front wall completely to either the right or left side and attach it here. An ingenious detail that gives you the feeling of sitting outside under a large canopy instead of in a tent. The inner of the two layers is made entirely of mosquito net and can be tightly connected to the tent floor at the bottom with an additional zip, so that fresh air can circulate on warm summer evenings, you are not deprived of a clear view outside and annoying insects stay outside. The two large panoramic windows made of foil, integrated into the outer layer of tent material, are perfect for bad weather days. Both can be darkened from the inside to make them opaque. However, the front wall can not only be opened completely to the side, it can also be rolled up and fastened from the right and left towards the centre. This makes it possible to use the front panel as a door function. Each door can be opened individually or both doors can be opened towards the centre at the same time. Regardless of how you decide to use the front wall, it is extremely easy to use. Sturdy zips make it easy to vary the different options and to open and close the front wall sections. Thanks to strategically placed toggles and loops, rolling up the individual door sections is also child's play.

The living space is also extended by the huge canopy on the front wall. Incidentally, this is where the single, small fibreglass tent pole comes into play - albeit nicely concealed in a channel closed with a zip. The canopy, which runs vertically downwards, protects the entrance to the tent from the rain and provides welcome shade in the sun. With its large panoramic side windows, it invites you to linger and also serves as an open vestibule for storing accessories.

The dark sleeping cabin at the rear of the tent offers enough space for up to six people and can be divided in the centre with a removable partition wall if required. The two separate cabin entrances are made of mosquito netting in the upper third to ensure good air circulation without annoying insects. The mesh inserts can be closed opaque for more privacy.

A large tent needs to be well organised and also needs plenty of light when it gets dark. The Timola has 2 rings in the living area and 2 rings in the sleeping cabin and a ring in the canopy for hanging a camping lamp. Three vertically arranged organiser pockets in the living area and three smaller pockets on the left and right in the cabin ensure that important small items are always to hand. The well-designed tent also has two weather-protected cable openings located next to the side doors. Velcro fastenings for cables lead along the air duct to the ring in the centre. The tent is supplied in a robust carry bag, complete with a high-quality Skandika air pump, detailed assembly instructions, the necessary accessories and a repair kit.
