This pizza variant is very quick to prepare, as you don't even have to prepare the dough. How you top the Dutch oven pizza is of course completely up to you - there are no limits to your imagination.
Preparation with briquettes
Depending on the size, you should place 6-7 briquettes under the Dutch Oven and around 10-12 on the lid when baking.
Preparation
1
Firstly, place baking paper in the bottom of the Dutch oven to protect the flatbread from burning.
2
Cut the flatbread in half and turn it over with the cut side facing upwards. Now spread the halves with the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
3
Then top the flatbread pizzas as you wish and place them one after the other in the Dutch oven with the lid closed until the cheese has melted.
